Historically and factually writing, I would give this attorney no stars. Seriously, I wonder how some individuals can claim to be in the tenant's defense and yet make false claims and allegations to the fact of no involvement by client. And yet, he was paid a fair fee of $5,000.00, bank draft on same day of visit. People , my advise would be, do your due diligence in research. Like the rest of these reviews I see here, this is by far the worst experience I have ever gone through. After living in my apartment for over 28-years, the owner decided to sell and little by little the new property manager began to evict tenants. I had lost my mom a few weeks prior and I needed help and I was convinced that Alberto would come through for me, but he didn’t, he charged me $700 to do absolutely nothing, the new owners wanted to negotiate with him and he was no-where to be found. Without definitive venting, definitely an interesting experience, is what, I am able to say about this attorney. I utilized his services and boy was that the worst decision ever made. I sent him two sets of evidentiary exhibits, signature required and, he had the audacity to state in my face that he never received them. He, further, attempted to lay blame on my person for his lacking and ill-set behavior. Where to start I found myself in the most terrifying situation the sheriffs at my door and he made sure they stoped the lockout on the spot. Worked late on my paperwork and walked me through everything He’s the man when you’re in a tight spot.

Worst tenant lawyer—clearly in bed with landlords. Completely mishandled my case and damaged my credit over a very simple issue which I repeatedly informed them about. The case managers are also extremely unprofessional, argumentative, avoid responsibility, and act as gatekeepers so you can’t even speak directly with the lawyer. Stay away very toxic.
