Shikha did a transfer for us in 2021, and it was incorrect and caused us issues when we had to sell the house later in 2025. when we reached out to her, she was rude and hung up on me. We have to pay another lawyer additional money to fix the mistake she did. She does not know what she is doing. I would not recommend her.
