It took me a while to write this review because court and legal battles are so exhausting that I needed a break from it all. Working with Nick was my second attempt at asking Montgomery Court to intervene on my behalf but working with Nick made it all worth it. I can't recommend Pam enough. I had retained an attorney and while he was pleasant, I didn't feel like he cared about my situation. Some friends told me I shouldn't expect him to; that is just how it is. But I reached out to Pam and immediately felt like she was invested in my case and switched to her. She was supportive, knowledgeable, pushed me when needed but always made sure I was comfortable, and extremely responsive. She is fantastic.
Minshew is very knowledgeable and is one that puts all the work and energy necessary in a case. Every advice he gave me based on my case were according to statute. He not only always kept me well informed but also came prepared every time. If he tells you something, take him for his word, he does his work and the outcome for it shows. He is a great attorney, gives sound advice, and I would highly recommend him. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone I know.
Going through a divorce and child custody battle has been hard, but having a great lawyer like Mrs. Aluwalia has made the journey endurable. She checked all of the boxes that I looked for in retaining a lawyer and I don't regret for one moment such an important decision.
