The worst attorney EVER!!! I had to call the CA State Bar to get him to return my messages. He rarely called, texted or emailed back. I was rear ended. Not my fault. Pretty basic. You would think he would have been all over it. NOPE. I sent him over pictures of the car I was driving. He lost them! Broken seat and rearview mirror. The car was totaled. It knock me out and knock the shoes off my feet. I went through 3-4 of his assistants in a 2 year period. Only one took interest. I found a new attorney.

I had the privilege of working with Joe Laub in the recent past on a case that was preventing my growth. Joe was able to navigate through the justice system, and negotiate with the prosecutors to reach an agreeable settlement of said case with professionalism, tact, and most importantly compassion. I just came back to say it’s been over a year since Jordan morgenstern (the attorney that works here at this firm) actually ruined my life. He didn’t make any effort to fight for me. I literally did not have a singular charge in my case reduced or dismissed, in fact he convinced me to plead guilty to “the entire sheet” I believe were his words. So I plead guilty to 13 misdemeanors in one day. To say a word- incredible. I should have fired him. I should have found someone else. I think I actually may have even been better off... read more
