Worst firm. Be sure they are not billing your insurance company on behalf of the provider and then they pocket the money. So if your bills go to collections that's the issue. They billed my insurance company and kept all the money and then dropped my case.

After being in an auto accident me and my wife sought assistance from the Attorneys here. In the beginning things were smooth and seemed like they were on top of things. After a few months and signing documents the quality of service dropped drastically. Me and my wife would be told we would be contacted and would just not hear from anyone upon calling several times finally was able to talk to someone but found out nothing was being done on me and my wife's behalf. Worst communication here, I wouldn't get updates and was never aware of any decisions made, I had to find out through the new attorney I hired that they put leans on insurance to get paid but was never told about it. Terri was always lost and didn't know what was going on, bills that I gave them sat for over 2 months and went into collections and still are not paid. I found Jerold and Sherry Hart to be very helpful and thorough in the handling of my pedestrian accident. They kept me informed on a regulat basis about all the activity that was being done. My experience happened after my car accident in 2019. This firm was able to get me reparation from 3 different insurance companies, and to reduce the amount that the money hungry Medicare demanded, once they found out that I had settlement. It did take some time, but it was worth it.in the end. The staff were all very kind to me throughou t my o r deal, I would recommend this firm to anyone who is involved in an MVA that is not their fault.
