I have been working with Mr. Fallahi's law office since 2018. My corporation was dissolved in 2009, but I had an unresolved tax issue with the Board of Equalization. Mr. Fallahi and his team have vast knowledge of tax laws with the IRS and Board of Equalization, have professionally managed the case, and have cleared all questions asked by the Board of Equalization. If you need help with tax laws, I highly recommend the office of Mr. Fallahi and his professional team.

I have known Mr. Fallahi and his practice for over a decade. Everytime I approach him to get some guidelines or tips about the tax law and my business, he has always been helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff have been quite fri3endly and professional and I like the fact that he is one of the few tax advisors who is both a tax expert (CPA) and tax attorney. I highly recommend him.

I’m shocked by all these good reviews. Maybe these reviews are for Mr. Fallahi’s tax services, but I cannot imagine anyone being satisfied with his legal services. He charges hundreds of dollars for a consultation session only, during which he intentionally avoids sharing any useful information, and just informally chats about irrelevant topics and tells you uninformative stories of his past clients. You will leave his office feeling unhappy, dishonestly treated, with NO information or plan for future steps.
