I was referred to L4SB by a friend who used L4SB to incorporate his business. So I called L4SB and spoke to Larry. He answered all my questions in great detail without any pressure to buy. One advantage of going with L4SB (vs a generic/cheap firm) is that L4SB is actually familiar with both the tax implications and the legal implications of where you incorporate. Based on my research, I believe L4SB is the "gold standard" for someone wanting to incorporate/form LLC.

Larry was great and saved us from what would have become VERY costly mistakes down the road. We'd been using an accountant to handle our LLC formation who it turns out wasn't very knowledgeable in this arena. They had advised us to register a foreign LLC in every state we planned to operate in - made sense, at least to people who have never formed an LLC before. Larry was very helpful and professional. He answered all of our questions in details. I don't know how the price compared to other places with the specific product that we got, but generally it looks reasonable. For legal services, I suggest going to an honest and reliable person like this will be worth it more in the long run.

Larry and Lewis were very helpful in a very stressful time. Reviewed the contract that I had already signed with my employer, gave me options and brainstormed ideas on how to handle my situation. In the end helped me resign from the company and work through the process. Was very reassured throughout the process due to their history of working with numerous other doctors and veterinarians.
