I had an appointment with her on June 14 of this year. One of the first things I told her was that I am diabetic and I'm rationing my insulin because I was previously not on insurance (my insurance finally kicked in on June 1) I asked her if she could put in a prescription for me and she said the high risk dr will call me and schedule an appointment and I can order it through her. Oh I'm so glad I can finally review this woman. I gave birth to my son about a year and a half ago when she still worked at the ob/gyn office at DePaul. During my pregnancy this woman harassed me, she made me cry and panic more than necessary, she blamed me for having gestational diabetes, and then told me my son was too big and that I had to be induced (a lie). Such a shame that this office of practice is closing! I really felt welcomed and safe with the staff, from the receptionist to the actual doctors. The best OBGYN I’ve ever been too due to M.D. Lavonne Hairston!
