I've been going to Lavo for a little over 2 years. Failen does my nails for me. She's incredibly talented, passionate about her work, professional and such a kind person. I moved, but I still drive an an hour just to get my nails done by her! Thanks to her, my nails always look flawless. It's always so clean in there and my whole experience is always so relaxing.
Love the service and keep going back!
The nail tech Danni did a great job. I really like my nails and would love to come back and be a regular client of hers. The two stars for this review are for solely her. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars as the customer service is terrible. I called to schedule an appointment and at that time asked if I should schedule a fill in appointment as well as I have a busy month, multiple events, need my nails done and don’t want to wait until the last min. So happy to have found this salon! I’ve been going to Mary and she always takes such good care of me and my nails! She is so patient and so talented. I’ve tried a few of the nail artists here when I’m not able to get an appointment with Mary and I feel each has their own style. The salon is clean and trendy. Lida who runs the salon and bookings keeps it organized. It’s hard to get an appointment sometimes but I know now to plan ahead.
