I got my nails done here on 10/17/25 around 10:30am. the lady at the counter asked what kind of nails i wanted, i said gel. she asked "fake nails, like gel x?" and i said yes. the lady they paired me up with (she never gave me her name) gave me acrylics, not gel like i asked for. i tried to tell her what i went wrong and what i wanted but our communication wasnt the best i guess. but after the she also did more things wrong. she didnt push my cuticles back or cut them, she didnt apply the acrylic up to the cuticle or the pol... read more

I went to Lavish Nails at Pearl Ridge Mall on September 28, and brought my sister-in-law as a treat. What should have been a relaxing outing turned into an absolute disaster. I requested a gel polish removal and a gel French tip on my natural nails. The technician took forever filing and soaking my nails, only to ask another worker for help. First time I went I had a good experience (elis) did my nails none of the jewls came off I received compliments. Second time I had a fill, which involved a different person. She did an okay job however my stars on my nails fell off within a few hours of her doing it. I went for a 3rd time back to elis I had a fill, gel, reshape, and stones added to my bill and I was told I had to replace nails I paid 104.00 just for this. First time coming to this nail salon. Not a great experience for sure! My nails are not shaped properly. The gel nail colors that I wanted was unavailable. I have tried 4 times to pick a color, all was not available! Unbelievable!! Ended up with a clear base gel polish with pink & silver glitters on top. Hand massage was okay, still not happy with my nail color though.

My expectation of a nail salon in the mall was high. Worst pedicure ever! Alena or Elena was my tech. First of all, the water was super hot. She was pushing for me to get the "Volcano deluxe" pedicure. It's a good thing I didn't. It was like she was just going through the motions of a pedi. Just running the tools on the sides if my toes as if to be cleaning them. She didn't trim off the dead skin around my toes. Didn't trim the cuticles. She did some kind of salt rub but only on 1 foot!
