I’ve been to lavish for all my 1/2 highlights, cut and style appointments and haven’t had any issues. However, my most recent appointment with Delfi was not satisfactory. I clearly showed pictures of what I would like done (not unrealistic as it was literally a picture of me and my hair from one of my previous appointments, ashy blonde and with money pieces), after toner and wash, she blow dry’s my hair and states that if it’s not bright enough she can re-foil and tone again. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lavish Salon and left feeling relaxed, pampered, and extremely satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Jen took incredible care of me — the hand and scalp massage was so relaxing, followed by a wonderful wash and a fabulous final style. Everything felt attentive, professional, and thoughtfully done. Thank you Rita and Brianna for the best afternoon I’ve experienced in a looooong time! It began with a luxurious facial by Rita, who is so gracious and kind. Every product she gently applied to my skin had an amazing scent that was both calming and soothing. I signed up for a facial, yet my feet and ankles were pampered! Good prices and attention to detail.
I really enjoy coming to Lavish. My stylist, Lee-Andrea, is very good. She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. I have been working with her for a year now and my short hair cut always gets compliments! Highly recommend!
