I’m really disappointed with my experience. I asked the stylist to blend my hair with the shortest layers I already had, but it clearly wasn’t blended properly. The top of my hair now sticks up while the bottom hangs down, which makes the cut look very uneven. I also showed a reference photo of the shape I wanted, but the result didn’t resemble it. I stopped in randomly for a bang trim, hoping they could squeeze me in, and I'm so glad I did! They were happy to take me, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I actually ended up getting a full wash/cut and blowout! The cut came out awesome, and I left with so much bounce and volume in my normally fine/straight hair! I have had 2 appointments with Alisha and cannot say enough good things. Her consultation is very thorough and she makes sure she understands what you want to achieve and then she makes recommendations on proper at home care and salon care so that you can achieve the curls of your dreams. She is by far the best curry hair stylist I have been too. I have loose cutls that are gray and she has brought them back to life ! Highly recommend

After many years of trying to bring out my natural curls, I was ready to give up. Selena finally brought them out and made maintaining easy. With 8 years cutting curly hair, she knew just what to do! Lavish Salon is the Best Salon in all of Rhode Island for all hair textures. Specifically, as a black woman with very textured 4C hair, Lavish Salon provided me with the most comfortable and empathetic curly/coily hair experience.
