Out of this world workmanship!!! I feel like I have a brand new condo! I called Lavish Painting in a panic after seeing the state of my empty condo after years of rental. The gouged walls, concrete nails, water marks on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom, sticky tape which ripped off the drywall and, strangely enough, the door and wall of the laundry closet was saturated with water until the door and wall became puffy.
