Updated review 2025: They still do a great job on nails, but they do not keep appointments appropriately. I have booked appointments with issues on two different occasions. They allow walkins to take your spot. The first appointment issue: they sat me in a chair as if starting my appointment on time, but after twenty mins I asked if they were going to start soon, and they said it would be another 15 mins or so. I got a regular pedicure with gel and a manicure with no polish. Total was $78. Pedicure was $55 and manicure was $23. The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes tops. Barely took off any skin, barely scrubbed me, barely rubbed me. I still have hard spots and tons of cuticle left. Nails are all wonky cut. Manicure lasted 4 minutes. Literally. Didn’t get polish per my request, but wasn’t given a discount for no polish which i thought was unfair? I honestly feel like i was robbed when i saw the price on the screen at the end.
