I returned to have my service re-done, as offered by Lynn, and I was highly impressed with both Lynn and Toni’s care and attention to detail. They did an amazing job on the design and making my nails look absolutely gorgeous. I truly commend Lynn for taking ownership and making things right. I visited this salon about a week after signing up on their website for the grand opening coupon. Unfortunately, when I went to use the 20% off coupon, I was told it had already been redeemed even though I hadn’t used it. The cashier simply said, “That’s weird,” with no explanation or alternative offer. The location is beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly. Omg this is the best salon in town. So detailed and great customer service. Jojo and the team are amazing. I have been coming here for over a year now and always leave excited how good my nails look.
