I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I’ve been coming here since they first opened and have never once been disappointed. The team takes their time, pays close attention to detail, and treats every customer with respect—it’s such a welcoming, positive environment. I’ve had my nails done by both Vicki and T, and they always do an amazing job. I had an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience at this nail salon. After waiting over 20 minutes in the chair before anyone even came to greet me, the service I requested was not provided. Despite that, I was still expected to pay. When I questioned it, I was treated very poorly and even insulted—being called “a Black girl” and “crazy,” which was completely inappropriate and discriminatory. Customer servicer was excellent. Friendly, funny and great nail artists. Salon was squeaky clean. Prices are slightly higher, but so is the experience. I typically go to 3 different salons for my feet, nails and lashes. These guys did a phenomenal job with all three. Loved it. Well worth the visit. I'll be back.
I really enjoy having a nice nail salon in Fairburn. They are quick and efficient and do really great designs. Misa does an awesome pedicure!
