Overall phenomenal. My nails look fabulous and I’ve never felt better about myself! The tech was also extremely gentle with my hands which I value because I’m not a very social person. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because as my nails were drying A. They stuck me under the dryer said 15 minutes but I couldn’t look at a clock or grab my phone to set a timer. Made appts for 4 same day for 11am. Got right in and had 4 wonderful nail techs. We all enjoyed our pedi's!
I have gone to this nail shop for over 5-6 years and never had a problem and I tip good. I went to the shop today,, July 9, because my nail polish is chipping for no reason at all. When I spoke to the manager because it's just been close to 2 weeks since my fillin, he said it was normal and it would be $30 to get a polish change. I think that's totally ridiculous, especially since I have patronized this shop for so many years and I always get gel polish and have never had it chip so soon. Casey was great. Walk-in, asked for an acrylic fill in and fix with design. Very impressed with her precision compared to the reference photo
