I went Saturday for a regular pedicure. The lady was clearly in a rush but I still gave her a 20% tip. To make a long story short when I put my sneakers on the next day, the paint was ruined. Why?? Because she used gel polish!!!! I had to go back which wasn’t a big deal, a bit of an inconvenience. What bothered me was I never received an apology for their mistake or for my inconvenience.
