Very unprofessional and poor customer service...First off walked in nobody at front desk.. which a worker who was setting down doing someone toes said can i help you i was like yes I want to book a appointment then she turnt back around and ignored me.. so me and my kids waited 5mins on someone to show up at the desk a second customer walks up and someone finally come to the desk completely ignore me in my kids like we invisible when we the one at the desk and started to talk and help the customer who is standing behind us i... read more
Spent the day with my 6 year old daughter to get our nails done for the very first time. I presented a picture of how I wanted mine done and they look nothing like what I presented. I also wanted acrylic toes with the French tip and he just painted on the white strip on my toes and that is NOT what I asked for . Spent 2 hours and 240$ just to walk out unsatisfied.
