I usually rave about this place, but sadly my recent experiences have been disappointing. Yesterday’s visit for a nail appointment left me very unhappy. I selected my nail colors, but my tech redirected me to choose from a specific book because it would be “easier.” Even then, she dismissed my choice, saying the sparkle I wanted was too chunky and substituted it with something else. Such a nice pedicure! And such friendly staff!!
Anne did amazing!!! She even helped me take photos of my nails when I was done. They were $80. So Cute!
It was first time going to lavish! I was very disappointed! I was planing on doing dip and pedicure but I only did pedicure! I waited over a hour to be attended in the chair for pedicure. The water was cold because I waited for so long! I was never told a time or how long it was going to take or else I would’ve went somewhere else.
