Every time I go to Lavish Nails I'm blown away by their quality and efficiency! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they always go above and beyond to make my nails look the best they ever have! The salon is always clean and neat. This will be my go-to salon forever!

This place does not even deserve a one star. Me and my mother in law have been here multiple times and usually have a decent pedicure done. We went today and no we did not have an appointment (we never do), but they said they had time. We go pick out a color and sit down to soak our feet. I asked for a book to pick which pedicure I wanted, and they proceed to tell us that we can only have a regular pedicure and they didn’t have time for anything else. Just left this place and lavish nail lounge it IS NOT!! I would give this place a zero if I could. Walked in with my daughter to have a great enjoyable afternoon and this experience completely ruined it for us. We have lived here for over a year and have been here for pedicures many times and had some great experiences, some decent experiences, but today takes the cake for me. Was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. It was painful and not relaxing at all. My cuticles got ripped up and all in all just a very harsh uncomfortable experience . I asked for a service and they gave me something totally different and just told me "this is better you will like it" The worst nails I have ever gotten...ever.
