I cannot recommend Rosanne enough! She does absolutely amazing work every single time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she truly takes pride in what she does. This was the second bad experience I had here! They made me cry because they would not listen to anything I was trying to tell them it’s my nails and I pay to get them the way I want and every time I would tell them that something was wrong they would while the lady would get upset and she started being rough with my hands hurting me with the drill the Dremel I mean, I’ve never been treated that way in my life I will never ever go back
I’ve been a loyal customer here for the past few months, coming in every two weeks and spending well over $100 each visit, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I had one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. I left the salon with a hangnail on my big toe that should have been addressed during the service.
