Honestly, probably one of my worst experiences at lavish nails. I’ve been here multiple times before and I’ve never had this much of an issue with the customer service until now. I walk in everything’s fine I get seated then my nail tec barely says anything just start working on my nails without knowing what I want at all. I’ve been going to Mia for my nails and I can honestly say she’s the best! She’s super talented, always listens to what I want, and makes my nails look amazing every time. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she’s so gentle and patient. The vibe is always relaxing, clean, and professional. Whether it’s a simple set or something creative, she always delivers 10/10. Highly recommend!

My experience getting my extensions removed was very bad. When I first arrived there was so much confusion about what I was having done. Which was odd because I set up an appointment. I’m not sure who my technician was, but he was extremely unfriendly and did not talk to me at all. I don’t usually have an issue with that, but it’s very unpleasant having your hand shoved around instead of just being told what to do. This place cancelled my fiancé's appointment for 7/4 on 6/28 and offered little help to find a time/day that would work to reschedule. They accepted the appointment weeks in advance. Now she is scrambling to find a place before our wedding.
