I'm a bit sad to write this review because I really love this place and the nail technicians are always super kind. But there's always something that goes wrong with the service. I definitely notice a difference in quality when I get gel versus regular polish. I chose regular polish this time, and even though I waited the appropriate amount of time and the tech checked that they were dry before I left, I noticed once I got on my bike that the polish on one hand got ruined probably when I reached into my bag to pay. This is my second time coming here. Due to the language barrier, I couldn’t understand why I was charged quite a bit more than the service I requested, but I still love the experience. I was helped by Lily (I think that was her name), and she did a beautiful job on my pedicure. I’ll keep coming back—I really love this place.
