When my best friend and I walked in we were very impressed with the decor! It was beautiful and inviting to have a nice experience. Overall I’d say that our experience was not positive though. We did not feel welcomed. We were not greeted, no smile, no small talk, no how are you, nothing. We were asked the basic questions, handed a book with colors and from then on it felt like the express lane. Get them done and get them out.
