Not sure how she does locs but they definitely answer the phone unprofessional. You wouldn't even know that you called a business because they don't state who they are.
I am very pleased with Meka's services and I do recommend her for loc maintenance and loc extensions. I've been going to her since 2020. She does a great job. I like that she is personable and very upfront with everything. She does an amazing job with loc repair. Every time I visit and leave I am pleased with the results each time.
