I had the pleasure of knowing Lavish Salon owner, Erika for a number of years. Erika is a consummate professional. Her expertise regarding hair care is stellar. Erica is extremely talented and recognized by the Baltimore Sun for her exemplary customer service, styling and top Hair Salon in the hair care industry. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist with proven results.
I look forward to my beautification day at Lavish Hair Studio. I was on a journey of self care when I remembered my daughter recommended going to Erika. Complements are a regular occurrence since she started my hair care journey. Erika has taken my hair from chin to below shoulder length. It is healthy and the color catches the attention of many. She gives excellent lessons on caring for your hair between visits. This young lady is a professional who practices excellence. Erika, I thank you!!!
It took me sometime to write this review because I was so upset . Erika the owner did my hair last Friday however ; the result was not what I desired . I let her know on that 2 days later I had to “ fix” my own hair . Her response was not professional nor empathetic that I paid $235 for a perm , 4 tracks and a molding of waves. My first appointment at Lavish was today. I needed my hair done for an event this weekend. I found the salon on Google. I had pasted by it for years, but never ventured inside. I called for an appointment and spoke with Erica, the owner. She was wonderful and I got an appointment right away. I was greeted with a friendly hello and warm smile. The salon is beautiful!
