I cannot recommend Mocha enough! I hadn’t dyed my hair in a long time because I honestly thought I had the skills to do my own hair… turns out I definitely didn’t. Horrible experience I have no words I tried to get my hair done professionally but it never turns out professional came here for a good experience and to get what I wanted but it did not come out like the pictures I showed.
They set an appointment for me a week in advance to dye my beard and said it was no problem. On the day of my appointment an hour before I was supposed to be there they called to tell me not only did the beautician that they assigned me didn't know how to do it but noone in the place knows how. Can't believe they didn't know this a week ago that noone knows how to dye hair. Or would at least have the courtesy to call much sooner.
Best of the Best! Jc penny ruined my hair. I called to see if someone could please fix my hair. Sonina called me in for a consultation. She really put thought into how to save my hair and make me feel good about it again. I came for my appointment and she brought my hair back to life. Biggest smile and I have my hair back from before died permanent red! Love the outcome and will be coming back. Go see my girl!!!!
