Sonia is thee best! I called and gave her notice that I’d be about 10 minutes late because of the horrible Bay Area traffic and she was accommodating. Came in for my first visit and she was so professional and kind. When it came to my Brazilian wax i really enjoyed our conversation and her style of waxing. She uses both hard and soft wax to remove all of the hair. I had an appointment with Sonia and it was great. The spa itself is beautiful and the customer service just takes it up a notch. Will definitely return.

This place had great customer service and my eyebrows look great now. My previous review that rated it one star shouldn’t count or be there (was an accident), and I’m going to request it to be removed.
