Very good service. My hair was cut just like I wanted.
I came into the salon with a reference picture and a dream, and Jillian did such an amazing job at bringing it to life. I live in FL, but will happily travel back to Pooler just to have Jillian do my hair again. She is so extremely kind, friendly, and personable. She did such a fantastic job. I will never stop recommending her!
I booked online. The color plus highlights quoted online didn’t include color??? That’s like charging extra for the use of scissors during a cut. It was explained to me my appointment changed to a level 2 stylist from the level 1 I booked. This was not explained when my appointment time changed. One would think that would increase the price maybe $20-40. Nope! It was much more for ONLY partial high lights NOT a full color and full high lights plus $79 for color and toner.
