My hair is a nightmare, on the best of days. It has a serious attitude problem and it seems very proud of it. Luckily, it loves to take color, as long as the color is blonde and nothing else. It gets a blunt cut and starts to curl making it appear wonky. My stylist wants it curled, it goes straight. I asked for a price estimate upfront, and she gave me a clear, detailed breakdown of the services—which I really appreciated. I want to be clear that this review is not about the stylist—she is truly talented and professional. My concern is with how the salon handled my cancellation. I attempted to cancel my appointment via text, but it was mistakenly confirmed instead. I immediately followed up with an email, as it was after business hours. Everyone is very nice. The experience starts as soon as you enter. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated- contemporary but cozy. The head massage at the wash bowl is divine!! This is only my second time as a customer but Whitney listens and makes you very comfortable in her chair. No anxiety at all. The hair cut was beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Very pleased

Lavish is a fabulous salon! The entire experience was wonderful! Kristie is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with her services and absolutely love my hair! Y'all know how hard it can be to find just the right stylist. Look no further. * UPDATE: Be sure to get a detailed price breakdown at your 2nd visit like they did on your first. This will avoid price shock at the register. Keep in mind the discount on your 1st visit.
