Unfortunately, our experience at Lavish was extremely disappointing. The barber (or person act as a barber) did not follow the instructions or the reference photo provided, resulting in an uneven and poorly executed haircut. My son was left feeling disheartened, absolutely hating how his hair looked. I went last week to get my long hair cut off and get a more modern hairstyle. I had the name of what I wanted and reference photos. When I walked in, there were two people available, one man, one woman. He immediately passed me off to her because he didn't know how to deal with long hair, even before asking me what I wanted. I didn't get the woman's name, but she didn't know the name of the haircut I wanted and didn't listen to how I wanted it cut. She even argued with me about the name of the type of fade I wanted. Today starts the 5th year getting my haircut here. Great shop and great people Jessica and Raquel are the best.
