The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue I had with the apartment was that we were only allowed 3 key fobs. I have two kids in college and one in High School. While they were only home at the same time for one week, it was extremely inconvenient to share 3 fobs. I would have gladly paid extra to "rent" extra fobs.
Brent was at... (Verified Renter) Brent was at my door promptly at 10:30am when i requested. He addressed the leak issue, brought in a fan immediately, and let me know "the next steps". Ceiling was repaired and painted within the week.
This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a very nice community with a lot of amenities and social events. The apartment itself is very nice and everybody seems very helpful and willing to make sure this is a great experience.
Anna made the... (Verified Renter) Anna made the process SO easy. She was very friendly. Answered all my questions. Moving and finding a new apartment can be super stressful. So far, this has been by far the easiest transition process ever. I look forward to moving into LaVie
The place is... (Verified Renter) The place is located in very convenient area where close to malls, hospitals and groceries, and yet neighborhood is tranquil and I love the interiors, fragrance, and atmosphere once I entered this building.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because of the beauty of the apartments and the amenities. I may be hesitant to recommend, however, because of high rent cost.
Having a great... (Verified Renter) Having a great management team in an apartment community is important to me, so just based off the initial interaction it wasn't good. But I would like to revisit again and see if that interaction is any better.
Lavie Southpark is... (Verified Renter) Lavie Southpark is a wonderful complex and the product speaks for itself. The location is also perfect and within reach of everything you would need. Rachel, the leasing agent at Lavie Southpark, answered any question I had for her no matter if it was in person, over the phone, or through email.
For the most... (Verified Renter) For the most part, this is a fabulous place to live. The ammentities are attractive and appear well maintained. The Cares Program handled by Daniel and Lauren is great too. However, addressing my concerns in the "How can we improve your living experience" would make this a 10.
