I wish I could give this place zero stars. My nails came out looking nothing like what I asked for — uneven, patchy, and just plain sloppy. The polish was lumpy, colors didn’t blend, and there was powder and residue left all around my cuticles. One nail was literally a completely different color, and when I pointed it out, they brushed it off like it was fine. I wish I could leave negative stars! My teen went yesterday when they treated her like crap! I'm posting a before and after. 1st picture is of their joke nails they made her pay $50 for vs the salon in Leonard they charged $60!! Disgusting treatment and customer service and I will literally drag their name every chance I can!!! Update*** they turned off photo reviews after my daughter posted her busted azz nails!!!
My first visit today and I had the best experience in Greenville. Nice atmosphere and everyone is very attentive. My nail tech Ana was awesome and did a great job. Highly recommend. Thank you.
