Poor management.Building is not washed since multiple years.Service requests are not responded to.Today my car parking spot has someone else’s car and I cant even get assistance so have to park my car outside while I am paying for car parking
Travis is absolutely the hardest working staff member on this property! The efforts he puts into on his days on & off are commendable. I am so appreciative of him for helping with the flooding in our apartment, fixing up our deck, & providing excellent service on all fronts.
No one responds for the scheduled tour
I rarely leave negative reviews for things as most of the time people don’t leave anything tangible or constructive. The building is… well… probably overpriced given the age, wear, and mechanical issues as are most in Seattle. The alley could use with a good pressure wash. This post is specifically a warning for anyone who moves in to unit 508. The view is stunning 100% but that view comes with an upstairs neighbor with some serious issues who screams, slams things on the floor, and rolls the huge glass sliders back and fort... read more
