This place is hit or miss. I've come across multiple massage therapists who seem to have an entitled attitude. They seem capable but unwilling. Multiple therapists have seemingly given up mid session or ended the session early without a discernable reason. No apologies/refunds/discounts issued. I would've thought they'd like clients who want silent massages. The music in the lobby is too loud. There are better places.

I love to get my monthly massage, it make my body feel great.
I really love LaVida Massage and massage therapist Lezlie in particular! She's amazing! I recently tried Scott but he really did not meet my expectations. The treatment room looked untidy (pillow and booster strewn about) and his outerwear coat was hanging in the room where the client should hang their garments. I told him the area on which I wanted to concentrate and he decided another area needed more attention instead. All-in-all disappointing.
