Every time I book with Danilo, without fail, I get a phone call trying to move my appointment. People plan their days around their appointments and it’s annoying to try to inconvenience us just because you don’t want gaps in your schedule or you want to leave earlier. On top of that, he always cuts the massage short by at least 15 minutes. Last time, which will be my last time ever stepping foot in the establishment, he cut it nearly 30 minutes short. Over priced and no service. Quesdillas start at $21 Waited 20 mins and they did not even come to the table
The staff is friendly and professional. They have great communication and keep me updated on my account and schedule. They have a variety of services available including facials. Danilo is and excellent massage therapist!
We had a couples massage and I not only wrote on the form that I wanted deep tissue massage but where (back) that I needed the focus to be. All I received was barely rubbing my skin as if just rubbing lotion on. I even pointed out where the problem was on my back which caused about 5 minutes attention. My wife said the entire massage was if she was only applying lotion. My experience was terrible and will never return!
