The staff is friendly and professional. They have great communication and keep me updated on my account and schedule. They have a variety of services available including facials. Danilo is and excellent massage therapist!
We had a couples massage and I not only wrote on the form that I wanted deep tissue massage but where (back) that I needed the focus to be. All I received was barely rubbing my skin as if just rubbing lotion on. I even pointed out where the problem was on my back which caused about 5 minutes attention. My wife said the entire massage was if she was only applying lotion. My experience was terrible and will never return!
Scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I, as a supriseanniversary. Got a call the morning, 1 masseuse was sick and no backup plan...no other option no apologies just cancel or reschedule. Terrible.
