Very nice staff and convenient hours!
Terrible experience today after my 1 hr massage. Received a gift card for 1 hr massage with gratuity, when I went to pay they insisted i owed a lot more then the gift card, told you can only put a dollar amount on the card and not purchase for a massage. No manager on site, had to way 1/2 hr before manager was reached by phone, to then be yelled at and talked down to by the manager over the phone. Very unwilling to admit they were in the wrong for how the product was sold, very argumentative and not willing to even consider ... read more
