Terrible experience today after my 1 hr massage. Received a gift card for 1 hr massage with gratuity, when I went to pay they insisted i owed a lot more then the gift card, told you can only put a dollar amount on the card and not purchase for a massage. No manager on site, had to way 1/2 hr before manager was reached by phone, to then be yelled at and talked down to by the manager over the phone.
