Went for a full body, got a neck and back massage. Staff acknowledged the mistake, was supposed to get a phone call- nothing. Weird experience. I’ll stick w the actually spas’.

Was supposed to have received an ultra sonic facial. Received a signature facial. Staff acknowledged their mistake but did not correct the issue in any way. Was told management was going to call me to work out a solution. Never received a call. Overall very poor experience with customer service. Realize mistakes happen, but you should follow though on what you say you are going to do.
Cashed in my gift cards the wife got me and boy oh boy am I glad she used LaVida.
Candy is awesome and knew all the spots I needed worked out!
Great atmosphere, relaxing, and friendly staff! I have tried many massage therapists here, and have enjoyed them all! Close to home, but nice place to get away and relax!!
I love LaVida, especially this location. Every therapist I've had was super. Brad especially is amazing. I've had memberships at other massage places but LaVida is by far the best.
