I’m just really frustrated that I have a monthly membership and they kept charging even after they closed. I have at least 2 months of unused credits at $79.95 a credit and no idea when they will be open again. I am set to move out of state in January. Also, nobody is answering phones to help. Previously loved it here though.
I booked an appointment online for Wednesday 8/27 to use gift cards that were gifted to me. I arrived to my appointment to see a sign on the door saying they were closed due to piping and drywall issues. I never received a call or email from them advising me of the issues and while I was sitting in the parking lot, the booking site still allowed you to book an appointment despite the office being closed. Luis was exquisite . His deep tissue massage was deeply healing, skilled and had me feeling better than I have in months due to recovering from a chronic injury. He was highly professional and true to his craft. I cannot say enough good things! I am super grateful!!
