Been a client for years, they were great! They closed due to a busted pipe, about 2 months ago, said their would be updates. I have, called, emailed, texted and gone by to look in the windows. No response, just ghosted everyone!! The voicemail has been full for at least a month now. I’m starting to think they went out if business and didn’t tell anyone! Very disappointed. I was a client for a few years and then received a text early Sept stating they had a pipe burst and would be reaching out with an update soon. No update to date. No returned call, text, or email. Very bad business.
Used to love this place. I have been going about once a month for years. Massage therapists and esthetician always very good. No complaints there. BUT now the place has just ghosted its clients saying there’s been a burst pipe and they need to make repairs. It’s been about a month. I had an appointment and showed up to a note on the door. Multiple calls, texts, and emails with zero response. I’m just really frustrated that I have a monthly membership and they kept charging even after they closed. I have at least 2 months of unused credits at $79.95 a credit and no idea when they will be open again. I am set to move out of state in January. Also, nobody is answering phones to help. Previously loved it here though.
I booked an appointment online for Wednesday 8/27 to use gift cards that were gifted to me. I arrived to my appointment to see a sign on the door saying they were closed due to piping and drywall issues. I never received a call or email from them advising me of the issues and while I was sitting in the parking lot, the booking site still allowed you to book an appointment despite the office being closed.
