Friendly staff fantastic massage. I was dealing with some neck and upper back problems, Lindsay was able to locate where the issues were and give me relief. She also recommend some stretches to keep me feeling good. Highly recommended!

laVida has the best ambiance I have experienced .totally relaxing and friendly atmosphere. my therapist,Kari Spencer, not only gave me the deep tissue I needed in spots but I left invigorated and totally relaxed. Thank you I will be back soon! highly recommend!
I just enjoyed a fabulous massage with Laurie. Laurie was awesome and did a fantastic job of loosening up all my tight areas. It was great to experience walking to my car without the usual aches and pains. Number 1 Masseuse at La Vida Massage in my book. Now I can enjoy my workouts knowing that my aches and pains will be taken care of. Look forward to the next Massage therapy session. Thank you very much Laurie.
