We scheduled a couples massage for today, 3 weeks to a month ago to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Was told yesterday that they had to change one of the therapists. No big deal, but then call us on the day of to say they canceled because they don’t have anyone to do it all of the sudden. Very rude and all they had to respond was “sorry for the inconvenience”. Lost my business before I even got there. Thanks for the great hospitality and way to take care of your customers.
I am so impressed with this beautiful place!! It has a very peaceful relaxed space that is very warm and inviting! Everyone is so friendly there as well. And my massage therapist, Piyush, is a gifted practitioner! I had a deep tissue therapeutic sports massage and it was phenomenal! I was experiencing a lot of soreness after a Physical therapy appointment and needed some relief on Friday of last week. I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Piyush. He was extremely attentive and professional. Piyush is very knowledgeable about how the body works, and he knows how to read your body and works to customize your massage to meet your needs.
