It's so hard to find good doctors these days. I've been going here for a few months now and haven't changed since. I 1000% trust this clinic. Everyone is so friendly, especially Ellie and Natalie. Dr. Eric makes time to fully hear out any concerns I have. He follows up with any results I get. He puts a lot of effort into his clinic and his patients. He's just an amazing doctor overall. The office management is very poor.
My recent visit at this office was a disappointment. One of the medical assistants, named Julie, was surprisingly rude and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, her attitude made it seem like my questions were an inconvenience, which left me feeling uncomfortable, something that should never happen in a healthcare setting. I’ve been contemplating on leaving a review for quite a while now but I just didn’t like how my uncle told me his experience was this time around. He told me that a medical assistant that hasn’t helped him before helped him this time and he explained everything that happened, she started getting an attitude and even rolling her eyes at him and irritated with him because of their language barrier since my uncle has a strong Hispanic accent .
