I usually have great times here, but two things I would love is if they actually have a price list for their services and if they could fix the hours, I showed up at 6pm thinking they were open (like google said) but when I arrived it looked like it had been closed for a good hour, not the best customer service

Really fast and friendly experience. My friend and I went here for the first time and were amazed by how detailed they were and impressed by the cleanliness of our cuticles. Price is amazing! So cute in there; will be going again!
I have been to Lavia a handful of times. Most of the time my experience is pretty good. Have always been happy with the pedicures. I recently went there for my second gel manicure (on 10/17) and was disappointed. I noticed that the nail tech was painting onto my skin. I should have said something, but to be honest, I don't believe I should have to. I also didn't really have much extra time that day for her to start over. I went to get my nails done he spent most of his time shaping and barely on the French tip. The next day my nails felt so weak it feels like i have on presson’s. Also he spent so much time shaping but the nails are not the same length.
