Poor repair job. I brought in my necklace to have my clasp replaced. He attached the new clasp to the broken clasp, and as a result my necklace fell off my neck! I have had clasps replaced on necklaces before but I have never had this happen.

The people at Levery's were friendly and very helpful. They replaced my husbands Armani watch battery in less than 5 min. with no damage. It took longer for me to look at all the amazing turn of the century displays and fixtures!
