Yeah I was going to buy a used Buick from them and I paid $400 to them and then ended up not being able to make it there to get the car. So I asked Sam the salesman if I could change my mind and he said that would be fine and they would just reverse the deposit. And I had to call two or three times the first couple weeks asking if he's sending it if there was an issue and then I still haven't received my money back and it's been like a month now. Traded a vehicle in with this dealer. Was told they would take care of transferring my plates from my truck to my car. After over a month of calling 3x a week they finally admitted they never transferred my plate and I never received a temp tag as well when it was delivered. Also have been fighting to have my registration sent to me and the excuse I get it “there’s an issue with the title for your previous vehicle” which makes no sense considering it’s out of my name and shouldn’t hold anything over my new vehicles paperwork... read more
We really had a great experience buying a car at Lavery Chevrolet. We dealt with Drew. Drew was great.....he was very knowledgeable and I have to say made us feel very relaxed and comfortable buying our car. No pressure at all....I also felt like they gave us top dollar for our Trade which was very important to us. I would definitely recommend Lavery if you’re interested in buying a car.
