Joanne the pathologist I saw was outstanding. She was the only person working and clearly under a lot of pressure, yet she remained calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout. Her caring nature and gentle approach made a stressful situation feel much easier. Despite being busy, she took the time to be thorough and considerate. Joanne truly went above and beyond — a wonderful example of professionalism and compassion in action.
