Very bad place, we wait for 30 minutes but the lady from room didn't come, I see she was doing nothing
This facility is excellent. There's always parking available, I never have to wait long to be seen, and the staff are polite and excellent at their job. The opening hours are great too especially if you need to fast, but also because you can get in before or after work.
Went in today was spoken to when I entered when I stated I needed ecg and bloods was told ok take a seat after a reasonably long wait I was taken to one room no internet than taken to another room than told no internet can't do ecg with out internet which they new I needed from beginning no attempt to reset internet, than tried to forward me to another Laverty. No thank you went to another pathology place in Penrith who were wonderful.
I have had many, many blood and Marion took my blood this morning and I felt absolutely nothing - cannot recommend her highly enough. Anne
