Anne who works in the Laverty pathology is a very friendly, efficient, personable and thorough person. I had a very positive experience the first time and have returned a second time because of the great experience.
Trying to call to ask a simple question is impossible. You get routed through a multi step IVR with no opportunity to speak with anyone.
Ann is totally aware of any specific needs of her job , this woman is the most compassionate person I have had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time. Ann makes sure you are ready and comfortable before she begins the procedure and will talk you through so there's no error for doubt.
