The pathology was supposed to open at 8:30, and I showed up on time, but ended up wasting 40 minutes because they didn’t take a single patient. This whole thing was just a complete waste of time.
Hi, I had my blood test done at Mascot on 21/10 and paid $320. Since then, I still haven’t received my itemised receipt or breakdown. Because of this, I cannot claim my refund from my insurance. I have emailed and submitted multiple requests, but no one has replied to me. Is this some kind of scam? Please check my case urgently and send my itemised receipt immediately.
I was referred by Mascot Medical to Laverty Pathology and was never told that the tests would incur separate out-of-pocket fees. Later, I received three unexpected invoices totalling over $400 — and my personal details were shared without consent with a debt collection agency (ARMA). One of the invoices listed charges about five times higher than the official Medicare (MBS) schedule for the same item. I have never book in a pathology check myself or my gp hasn’t notified me a test was booked for me. while I received a bill and request me to pay the service. I don’t understand why I need to pay a service that I haven’t received and I tried to contact and nobody responded me.
