Why have a phone mumber to call if all options give you automatic messages and no matter what option you choose you can’t speak to a real person. Very disappointing. Plus takes forever to send results to doctor.
Booking system unreliable. I telephoned to book a specific test and was directed to book online instead, which I did. On arrival the required equipment was unavailable due to a double booking and I could not have my test.
