Today morning started with blood test and Wafa the lady at Kogarah Medical centre from Laverty did such a great job that I didn't even feel the niddle when she pushed it. She is very good at her job. Thanks Wafa.
Very good. First time I've had blood taken and didn't feel faint. In fact, I didn't feel a thing. Phew.
Wufaa was very gentle on drawing blood. She is kind and friendly. Thank you.
On 20.05.25: worst service I have ever experienced in my life Rude behaviour, hesitant to provide more information. Busy talking on iPhone when customer is seeking for information. Bad service, they treat you like invisible person.
